Just a couple of questions
1) Can you transfer your Epic Games account to Steam? If so, will I need to purchase it on Steam as well?
2) Are any of the perks in this week's Shrine worth having? They're Desperate Measures, Power Struggle, Hangman's Trick and Oppression.
3) If you use up Mikaela's Clairvoyance, is it gone for the rest of the match or will it re-enable after a certain period of time?

1) There is cross-progression between Steam and Epic Games Store, however they do require the game to have been purchased on both platforms.
2) I wouldn't say so- Desperate Measures and Oppression are the better for each side but there's better ones.
3) You can re-activate Clairvoyance, or refresh the duration, by cleansing another Totem at any time.
