Step 1 : Load into Raccoon City

Step 2 : Check for hatch with last survivor alive

Aefer to attached image for spawn location (2nd floor, by the outdoor areas)DDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Perks played - Hex: Retribution, Huntress' Lullaby, Haunted Grounds, Blood Favour
  • Map - Raccoon City

    Not a bug. RPD breaks normal hatch rules and it can spawn on any floor including the 3rd floor library.
