The Doctor with no attack

Hey there. Today i've faced a bug:
- Played as The Doctor
- Got few qiute long delays, about 3-5 seconds each
- After that, i was not able to hit, to blast, to vault, to break the wall
- Then, surv stunned me, and i got my power back
Additional info:
- Perks: Pop, Overcharge, Monitor and abuse, Thanatophobia
- Map: Suffocation pit

wow, bhvr don't guve a duck about bug reports. just like with facecamping and all other stuff, ruining the game. should i even waste few minutes for another report? don't think so
