Potential Buff/Rework to Onryo to meet Dredge Standards

When many of us saw the design of the Dredge on the PTB, many of us likened them to the Onryo, another killer who has the ability to teleport to fixed points on the map. However, the Dredge has a side ability that allows them to have some play in the loop, as well as a passive effect that encourages healing, as injured or dying survivors speed up the progress of their souped-up mode, which further strengthens their power in loops. Listed below are some changes to the Onryo to make her more comparable, without changing her from her focus on map mobility and her stealth. Let me know what you think, and if I've made some major oversights or buffed too much or the wrong things. Thanks!

Base Onryo Changes:

Terror Radius: 24 -> 20 meters

De-Manifested Visual Flickering: 24 -> 20 meters

Static Lullaby: 24 ->12 meters

Why: Just some base stealth improvements. Currently, it seems like there is little point to a Killer who is partially under stealth to have a noticeable lullaby, especially from such a distance. Basic 4.6m/s is unchanged.

Manifestation Changes:

Post-Manifestation Flickering: 4 -> 7 seconds

Post-Manifestation Flickering; Visible Duration: 0.5 seconds

Post-Manifestation Flickering; Invisible Duration: 0.75 -> 1 second

Residual Undetectable: 1 -> 3.5 seconds

Why: Onryo's power is in her tapes and her ability to get around the map undetected. However, this does not mean she should have absolutely 0 tools for chase. This also should help her sneak up on survivors easier. However, the slowdown while Manifesting should remain, to discourage trying to Manifest and De-Manifest at all times.

TV/Tape/Condemnation Changes:

TV Teleport noises: Removed

TV On/Off noise: Increased audibility to 20 meters

TV Passive/Tape noises: Increased audibility to 20 meters

Projection Speed Boost Duration: 1.5 -> 3.5 seconds

Initial TV cooldown: 30 -> 14 seconds

Projection TV cooldown: 100 -> 45 seconds

Tape Removal TV cooldown: 60 -> 90 seconds

TV Turned off cooldown: 60 -> 90 seconds

Tape Deposited TV cooldown: 60 -> -90 seconds (TV automatically is turned on)

TV Condemnation range: 16 -> 20 meters

Condemnation Threshold: 7

Within TV Condemnation Range: 1 Stack

Taking a Tape: 1 -> 0 Stacks

Turning Off a TV: 1 Stack per TV

Depositing a Tape: -3 -> -3 Stacks and +1 Stack to all other Survivors not actively carrying a Tape. Survivors can only gain Stacks in this way once every 35 seconds.

Passive Condemnation: 0 -> 1 Stack per 70 seconds. Survivor must already have 1 Stack of Condemnation in order to begin accumulating Passive Condemnation.

Passive Tape Condemnation: 1 per 25 -> 1 Stack per 35 seconds.

Condemnation Grace Period; Distance threshold: 16 -> 12 meters. Passive Condemnation will not build while in Chase or while the Onryo is within this distance of a Survivor.

Condemnation Grace Period; Time: 6 -> 7 seconds. Passive Condemnation will not continue to build until the above thresholds are met for 7 seconds.

Full Condemnation Killer Instinct: 6 -> 7 seconds.

Full Condemnation Status Effects: None -> Exposed and Obliviousness until Condemnation is removed.

Depositing a Tape at Full Condemnation: -3 -> -7 and +2 stacks to all other Survivors. Survivors can only gain Stacks in this way once every 7 seconds.

Why: This allows for Condemnation to be spread by the Onryo easier, makes Condemnation something to be concerned about, as well as emphasizes some of the ideas of the Ringu movie, of passing the harm to others. The slower passive rate with Tapes is due to Condemnation accumulating once a Survivor gains any Condemnation. I also just like the number 7, and it sort of works with this killer...
