Bug Report - Fast Speed

I was just in a game against Pyramid head on the Midwich map. I was experiencing some latency issues. The killer (Pyramid Head) whacked me, and caused me to run at a clipped perma 150% movement speed until I ran down some stairs in Midwich. I was able to free survivors from the cage without interruption, as well as heal and be healed.
Additionally, the killer would break down doors, but to me they looked unbroken.
I was playing as Mikaela.

Did anyone get a chance to look at this? Seems like a major bug if survivors can break the game.
