Purchased Character Locked (after today's update/patch, 5/24)
My brother updated the game (PC, Steam), started it up, and noticed Mikaela (who he previously purchased, and essentially mains) was locked. This occurred today, May 24th, after the update, as previously Mikaela was unlocked and working fine.
We tried restarting the game, verifying files, and a few other things we read from other people. Eventually went through the in-game support tab and the automated message system to send in a support ticket.
I, however, did not experience any issue like this.
Any clue what caused it, or how to fix it (besides the Support team actually reading our message and fixing it themselves; is there anything we can do on our end to assist)? Has anyone else run into this with any of the characters?
EDIT: Support came back (super quick, super helpful; thank you!!) and said it might've just been a glitch with Steam Family Sharing.. so that may explain things.
