Nea's full P3 outfit has a random clean patch under her neck now

They made it so her P3 head now only has blood to her neck. This made it so her full P3 outfit now has a patch of clean skin now.

The way to fix this is to add it to her P1 shirt.

    nea has some weird cut on her neck now while repairing gens, skin doesn't matter
