Is it possible to have almost all achievements with just over 100 hours?

Came across someone earlier. I didn't notice anything suspicious in the match. However, when I saw their profile, I was kind of surprised to see that they had most achievements despite their hours. Is that suspicious at all? Or am I just crazy?
