PS4 - Cenobite POV locked after using power

After shooting a chain, instead of the POV switching back to the killer, it stays stuck on a black screen or where the chain landed. I'm still able to hear survivors, so the game didn't freeze, but I'm unable to move or perform any actions. When this happens, it will do the same thing every time I use the power during the match. Sometimes, this will last for a few seconds, or be permanent and force me to dc. This has happened about 3 times out of the 10-15 or so matches I've played as the Cenobite.
