New Killer: "The Slasher"

 


 Other Game Aliases: “Special Boy” “The Revenant” “The Brute”

 

Nationality: American

 

Realm: Crystal Lake

 

Stats: Movement (4.6mps), Terror Radius (32m)

 

Description: A Vengeful killer, The Slasher is capable of switching his battle strategy on the fly. Utilizing different weapons at any given time give the Slasher the adaptability to punish those he deems guilty.

 

The Slasher’s personal perks Antagonist, Scourge Hook: Time of Death, and Tunnel Vision make the Slasher a brutal force to be reckoned with when the survivors transgress on his lands.

 

 

Antagonist: Whenever looking in the direction of any survivor no matter how far away that is performing a healing or repairing action, they will receive a skill check and you will receive a *Loud noise notification*. If they fail the skill check, their aura will be revealed for 4 seconds. Perk has a cooldown of 18/16/14 seconds. Cannot receive Loud noise notifications by any other means when this perk is selected.

 

Scourge Hook: Time of Death: If there is another survivor within 4/5/6 meters of a survivor on a Scourge Hook, their death timer will speed up by 7%. Unhooking a scourge hooked survivor also increases the unhook animation duration by 1.2 seconds.

 

 

Tunnel Vision: You no longer gain bloodlust. However, whenever a survivor performs a rushed action within 7/8/9 meters of you, gain a stackable 0.5% to your movement speed. Speed boost is refreshed once a chase is ended.

 

 



Power: Vengeful Purpose - The Slasher will start the trial with just his fists as weapons and will have no lunge range. However, once every 8 seconds, a random locker within 40 meters of The Slasher will generate one of three possible weapons and their aura will be highlighted with a specific color.

 

 

 

-Machete: Short range lunge and buffs action speeds of breaking walls, kicking generators, kicking pallets and the picking up of downed survivors by 20%. When the machete is available, the locker will be highlighted in white.

 

 

 

-Fire Axe: Medium range lunge and charging an attack applies the Deep Wound status effect to survivors hit and also automatically breaks any pallets and walls struck by the lunge. When the Fire Axe is available, the locker will be highlighted in yellow.

 

 

 

-Pitchfork: Long range lunge and reduces movement speed to 4.4 meters per second. Holding the Power Action button charges the Heave action. Survivors hit by the Pitchfork get knocked back 3 meters and are damaged one health state. Movement speed is reverted back to 4.6 meters per second once a new weapon is equipped. When the Pitchfork is available, the locker will be highlighted in red.

 

 

 

Secondary Power: Breaker - Press the Secondary action button when carrying a survivor to throw them 6 meters wherever you are facing. Survivors thrown this way when hitting a pallet or breakable wall will break it and any other survivors struck by a thrown survivor will be damaged one health state. Throwing survivors tremendously improves their wiggle progress by 40%.

 

 

 

Add-ons:

 

Mother's Head: You can still hear her voice even in death. Any survivors within 20 meters of the basement will apply 2% Haste to you depending on how many are there. When survivors enter the basement, they will scream, reveal their location and be applied with the Exposed status effect for 10 seconds.

 

 

 

Iridescent Mask: Replaces the Breaker secondary power with the Charge secondary power. Hold the Secondary action button to break into a 2 second sprint and then deliver a viscious front kick. Any survivors struck with Charge are launched 5 meters in the direction of the kick. If they collide with a breakable wall or pallet they will break it. If they collide with another survivor, they will be damaged 1 health state. This power charges by 10% whenever the Slasher is chasing a survivor and has a 10 second cooldown.




New Survivor: Tommy Jarvis

DLC: Friday the 13th Chapter

Role: Unstable Survivor


Description: Tommy Jarvis is the most well-known survivor of the wrath of Jason Voorhees, being haunted by the memories of him since childhood. Losing Both his mother and his sanity, he devotes his time to hunting down the Juggernaut of Crystal Lake and spare others the torment he has suffered.

 

His personal perks Score to Settle, By My Hand, and Dark bond allow Jarvis to utilize unconventional methods to fulfill his own obsessions and gain the upper-hand on much stronger foes.

 

Score to Settle: Once the Endgame Collapse is triggered, Score to Settle becomes active for 6/8/10 seconds. Both your aura and the killer's aura are revealed to one another and you become the Obsession. You gain 8% Haste and are rewarded 25/50/75% more bloodpoints at the end of the Trial.

 

By My Hand: It has to be done by you. It just has to. You are capable of stunning and blinding the killer by an additional 0.5/1/1.5 seconds by any means.

 

Dark Bond: Serious Trauma has left its imprint on your psyche but the Entity has allowed you to make use of it. You are afflicted with the Madness status effect which will cause you to experience Madness skill checks and see Illusions of the Killer. When standing within the Killer’s Terror Radius and not in a chase, Dark Bond charges by 70/60/50%. Press the active ability button to Snap, screaming to reveal your location and activating Dark Bond for 40 seconds. Activating Dark Bond applies the following effects.

-Gain the Exhausted Status effect.

-Gain the Endurance status effect.

(The Exhausted Status Effect prevents Survivors from chaining Exhaustion Perks, putting them all on a shared cool-down.

When a Survivor is rescued from a Hook, any Exhaustion cool-down is reset immediately.)

(The Endurance Status Effect Any damage taken that would put you into the Dying State from the Injured State is blocked.)

The next time you take a hit that would put you in the dying state, a hallucination of another random survivor in the Trial will spawn away from the Killer’s line of Sight within 16 meters. This False Survivor will make its way to the Killer and once it initiates a chase, it will run away. If the Survivor hits this False Survivor, it and any scratch marks will disappear, ending Dark Bond. The False Survivor will disappear after this perk’s duration is over as well.

Landing Great Skill Checks while afflicted with Madness applies 6/8/12% additional progress.
