We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

Almost every time I pursue an Adept, the game never gives it to me on the 1st success. I'll achieve "Merciless Killer", but no achievement. It's incredibly annoying and it's been happening for as long as I can remember.
It forces me to achieve Merciless Killer multiple times, typically on Killers that I don't enjoy playing, making playing very annoying.

Because of this, I've suffered through my high-MMR matches. Get it working right. I'm sick of having to redo hard achievements multiple times for them to "count".
