We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Xbox One - Broken Pinhead Occurrence

1. Load into match.
2. Cast Gateway.
[Outcome 1.] Decide to cancel it instead of firing Possessed Chain. This causes Pinhead to be unable to do anything, unless stunned.
[Outcome 2.] Fire the Possessed Chain. Upon hit or miss, Pinhead becomes stuck on the black transition screen for up to 15 seconds, before being returned to normal.
This glitch persists throughout the entire match, rendering Pinhead a solely-M1 Killer if he continues to play the match.
