Built to Last - Toolbox

If you use the perk Built to Last and have a toolbox equipped, it doesn't matter what type of toolbox, you do not get a prompt to repair use the toolbox to repair any generator.
I played multiple times and through trail & error discovered that Built to Last was the issue
Any time you equip the perk BTL

This isn't isn't just with built to last for me. You don't get the prompt no matter the perk from my experiences. All you have to do is drop the box and pick it back up for it to work. still annoying though. Im on Ps4.
