is there a cross-progression between PC and mobile version for the game because i want to buy the ultimate edition on PC

i have PC but sometimes i like to play the mobile version

    No, the mobile version has a vastly different progression system and is essentially a different game. There is and very likely never will be cross progression between these two versions.
