Console players can’t participate in the 7 game survey
The part requesting your player cloud ID requests specifically a copy/paste from the game menu which console players aren’t able to do. I entered my cloud ID several times (with dashes, without dashes) and always proofreading to ensure it was correct and I got the same error every time.

I'm on ps4 and was able to enter my cloud ID with no error messages while filling the survey out on my phone. It's a pain to type out the full ID and have to like triple check it matched but I copied it after I typed it in the first time and then just pasted it the remaining times.

So it’s just me it doesn’t work for then? Excellent.

Since you include the dashes if you're on your phone filling it out make sure it doesn't automatically put in random spaces between the dash and digits. My phone will automatically do that and I need to go back and delete the spaces.

I don’t know, it took it after last match, so I’m not sure what the problem was. I didn’t do anything different than my previous attempts but frustrating still to have to attempt multiple times.

You can't even copy/paste it on a PC, you have to type it in. It's really a pain to have to do every time. It's IMO just not worth it for the rewards.

Ah weird, yea every time I tried it just hid it again.

I copy and pasted the cloud ID in every time. I play on PS4 and Switch and have the cloud IDs in a text file on my computer. I filled out the survey 14 times and it accepted the copy-and-paste without any problems each time.
I wonder why some people are having problems with this and others aren't. Could it be a browser thing? I did the survey in Google Chrome.
