MMR should count perks
srsly, I don't find it very fair to play agains 4 DH, 3 Unbreackables, 3 DS, and 4 IW if Im playing a killer that I loose the majority of my matches and is playing with no slowdown perks (you know, I don't want to run meta because I'll be called a ton of bad things if I do so lol)

it's possible to create it from data they have.
You would just gather pickrate / winrate for perks you use and add it to your MMR.
but MMR is flawed system anyway, so it doesn't matter.
