Thoughts on Legion with addons?

So, Legion isn't too bad, in fact is pretty good if you run Frank's Mix Tape + Stab Wounds Study, making it way way easier to down survivors, but keeping good chain potential when available. Is this making Legion, in his current state, dependent on his very rare addons? If not, are there any other good addon combos. I'm just trying to mess around with him since I can see he has the potential to be a really strong killer...he's just not without his purple addons.
