Lag Spikes

Does anybody else get lag spikes anytime something happens; unhook, hook, gen completed, switching from from a side (survivor to killer), etc. I’m on an Xbox 1S not a Series S. It might be with the fact that I have an older console but these are very annoying for when I’m play both sides.

guys its not lag spikes, its D'sync in the game thats why you sometimes pause on the spot when running.
