NEW KILLER

NAME
Widow

VISUALS
(As shown in the picture, but slightly less benign)
-She floats in the air
-She is half-transparent
-She has a candle as weapon.

BASIC
-She has 110% movement speed.
-She has a Terror Radius of 45
-You hear Grave Bells as a survivor when within 20 meters from the killer.

CONCEPT OF ABILITIES

The Widow can send clones of herself into a chosen direction (HAUNT). These clones can fly through any objects and catch survivors by surprise. Secondly this ghost has floating candles (CANDLES). She can place them around the map, preferably hidden, so that survivors won't find them. The more floating candles, the more haunting her Haunt becomes.

As she slowly increases in strength, survivors are increasingly terrorised by the multiple floating ghosts that traverse the map, in the hope of stumbling upon an unnoticing survivor.

NEW STATUS EFFECT
"Worn Out", decrease the speed of repairing generators/sabotaging/cleansing by 20%.

ABILITIES

L2 (Main): Haunt

-Sends a floating clone of her into the direction she's aiming at.
-The clone keeps flying forward straight into that direction.
-She can have multiple clones out at the same time (up to 3)
-when a clone hits/is in close proximity to a survivor, that survivor will be GRABBED and held captive for a certain amount of seconds. When a survivor is hit while held captive, they will be released.
-A GRAB has the visuals of a clone standing behind a survivor and wrapping their arms around the armpit so that the Widow could strike their belly.
-During the duration a survivor is grabbed, the killer receives bonus movement speed. (defined by CANDLES)

-Sending the clone has a channel time of 2 seconds and a base cooldown of 10 seconds.
-Channeling doesn't slow down your movement speed.

-The last clone that is sent will take over the 45 meter Terror Radius and the Red Glow from her, making her Terror Radius- and Red Glowless. (The bells only follow the real killer)
-A clone's lifespan is ended if a 4th clone is created and they are the oldest of the bunch. (3 clones max on the map)
-A clone's lifespan is ended after the clone's invisible giant square triggerbox had no collision for over 3 seconds, meaning it has left the map, is too high up in the sky or has flown below the level.
-Clones can fly through any/all objects.
-Clones that are sent while aiming at a 0-25 degree angle are all sent forward as if sent at a 0 degree. This will make clones fly straight forwards for the ones that were intended to be.
-clones move at a speed of 90% of the survivors base movement speed.

L1 (secondary): CANDLE

-The Widow can place floating candles (harry potter-style) around the map to increase the power of HAUNT
-Candles can be disabled by survivors (through 1 animation) who stand below the candle.
-Disabling a candle takes 2 seconds
-A candle can be heard burning from a 5 meter distance.

-Placing a candle takes 1.5 seconds and reduces the movement speed of the killer. (Similar to Wraiths uncloaking)
-Candles take a base 80 seconds to regenerate.
-You start with 1 candle.
-You can have 4 candles Max on the map. Candles do not regenerate when you already have a candle.

Power (HAUNT) at X candles on the map:
0 candles:
90% Clone Movement Speed, 80 Sec Regeneration Time, 10 second ability cooldown, 114% Movement Speed during Grabs.
When a clone hits a survivor, the survivor will be GRABBED and held captive for 4 seconds.

1 candle:
100% CMS, 60 SRT, 9 SAC, 116% MSG
Previous + Survivors fleeing themselves from a clone will suffer from Exhaustion and "Worn Out" for 60 seconds.
GRABS last 2 seconds longer for a total of 6.
When a survivor is grabbed by a clone, you receive a sound notification at that location.

2 candles:
110% CMS, 50SRT, 8 SAC, 118% MSG
Previous + GRABS last 2 seconds longer for a total of 8.

3 candles:
120% CMS, 40SRT, 7 SAC, 120% MSG
Previous + GRABS last 2 seconds longer for a total of 10. Survivors who flee from the grab without being hit by you are Damaged by the clone, bringing you in the Injured/Dying State depending on your current state.

4 candles:
_130% CMS, 30SRT, 6 SAC, 122% MSG
Previous + GRABS last 4 seconds longer for a total of 14. When a survivor is GRABBED and the killer is standing close enough to the grabbed survivor, they can MORI the survivor and instantly kill them.

KILLER PERKS

Posessive Curse

When a killer walks through a pallet spot with a pallet in tact, curse that pallet, preventing a survivor from using it. A hovering skull floats on that spot to show that the pallet is cursed. Undoes all curses upon the death of a survivor.
Cooldown: 80/60/40 seconds.
"You don't control me..."

Eerie Wind

Survivors within your terror radius suffer a 10/15/20% slower generator repair time and trigger Hex: Ruin skill checks when repairing alone.
"I'm so distracted... I feel like there's someone here..."

Solace

The presence of others motivates you.
You gain +5% increased Survivor-Base Movement Speed. For every survivor that dies, lose 4%

FINAL NOTE
Before anyone of you will make claims about how this killer would be OP or UP, just remember that I deliberately gave this killer as many variables as it has, based on which the killer's balance can be completely adjusted.
Recharge time can completely compensate for a strong ability and the strong ability can be completely nerfed by reducing the movement speed of clones or through other means.
Where the killer is considered UP, the disabling of the Candles time could be increased and the proximity sound that helps survivors find it can also be adjusted.

So I invite you to leave your thoughts about the concept and gameplay mechanics.
When talking about OP/UP, talk in the language of what numbers should be adjusted and to what extend, as it is impossible with this killer to be inherently OP/UP.
