New Killer: The Machine

Attributes:

Movement Speed: 4.4 m/s

Terror Radius: 32 meters

Height: Tall

Attack:

A large blade extends from the palm of The Machine's hand, stabbing or slashing a survivor. The blade is removed from its hand if The Machine stabs a survivor. Its head then turns robotically at the hand and another blade takes the previous blade's place, also coming out of the palm, and The Machine turns to face forward once again. If The Machine slashes a survivor rather than stabbing, the machine will turn robotically at the hand and the blade will instead glow orange, removing the blood from it, and The Machine will turn to face forward once again after the blade stops glowing with heat.

Abilities:

Protocol: HUNT: The Machine begins the trial with 4 blades. When The Machine hits a survivor for the first time, the blade that was used to strike them is implanted into their body. Survivors cannot remove this blade unless they are hooked. If the survivor is downed by The Machine's attack and they did not already have a blade implanted into them, a blade will be implanted like normal. If a survivor already has a blade implanted into them at the time of attack, The Machine will slash them instead of stabbing them, and the blade on The Machine's hand will not be detached. Whenever a survivor gets a blade implanted into them, they will be immediately put into the Deep Wounds status effect until mended.

Using the secondary ability button, The Machine stands still and opens its chest for 3 seconds. After 3 seconds, all survivors with a blade implanted in them will scream, revealing their location. If the survivor is completing an action at the time of screaming, they will become incapacitated for 15 seconds. If a survivor is injured upon use and there is a blade implanted in them, they will be put into the Deep Wounds status effect until mended. The blades inside of survivors will be removed after using this ability. Once The Machine runs out of the 4 blades, it can use its secondary ability.

Protocol: ANNHIALATE: After all blades are consumed, this ability becomes active. After The Machine loses all 4 blades, it can no longer basic attack, but can still grab and interact with the environment (such as searching lockers, vaulting, and breaking pallets). Using the ability button when Protocol: ANNHIALATE is available will cause The Machine to transform its body for 60 seconds. Its chest will open, revealing spinning saws inside. Its arms will reach behind it, over its shoulders, and two spinning saw blades will retract from its wrists. The legs will shift outwards, allowing for increased mobility. For the next 60 seconds, all survivors suffer from the Exposed status effect, The Machine's terror radius is increased to 40 meters, The Machine's movement speed is increased to 4.8 m/s, and The Machine has a 25% increase in speed to all actions (including damaged generators, vaulting windows, and breaking walls), but all survivors have their blades removed after transformation. After 60 seconds, The Machine takes 3 seconds to return to its original form and will regain its original 4 blades.

Perks:

Disengage: After leaving (not ending by downing) a chase with any survivor, Disengage activates for the next 20/25/30 seconds.

Putting a survivor into the dying state while this perk is active will activate killer instinct on all survivors within 12/24/32 meters of the downed survivor for 3 seconds. Any survivors within 12/24/32 meters of the downed survivor suffers from the Exposed status effect until the downed survivor is hooked, killed, or healed to the injured state. After downing a survivor, Disengage is deactivated. Disengage has a(n) 80/70/60 second cooldown.

When a survivor leaves the radius of the downed survivor, the Exposed status effect lingers for 10 seconds.

Precision: Your attacks are swift and accurate and know just where to strike. Any time you injure a survivor, Precision activates for 40/50/60 seconds. The next time you injure a survivor while Precision is active, your hit cooldown is decreased by 25% and Precision's active time is refreshed. Hit cooldown stacks with other hit cooldown effects. Precision has a(n) 100/80/60 second cooldown.

Metal Skin: Your skin is as tough and durable as metal. The next time you are stunned by any means, Metal Skin activates for 30 seconds. While Metal Skin is active, you gain a 10%/15%/20% haste status effect and reduces the pallet stun duration by 30%. Metal Skin has a(n) 80/70/60 second cooldown. Metal Skin does not stack with other stun duration decreasing perks.

Extras:

Possible global or teachable survivor perk:

Rough-housing: The next time you stun the killer by any means, you gain a 2%/3%/4% Haste status effect for 30 seconds. The killer's hit cooldown is increased by 10%/15%/20% for the same duration while they are in a chase with you. Rough-housing has a(n) 80/70/60 second cooldown.

I also view The Machine as having a very similar body type to the Praetorian Fiddlesticks splash art (League of Legends skin) which I believe will make the killer a lot scarier rather than some sort of robot.
