Sadako's Perks

Just curious to know what her perks are like.

I returned after a break and played some survivor matches for the survey. I have not yet played against her or any killer using one of her perks.

In my opinion, 2 of her perks are more gimmicky and can be countered relatively easily once you catch on, and the last perk is pretty good on certain killers.

Merciless Storm: You can use this perk on some builds if you are going for a gen grabbing build (use tinkerer to prepare for them to focus on the skill checks and try to go for the grab using stealth killers). The problem with this perk in gimmick builds is that survivors will tend to catch on if they are not oblivious and you have to be mindful of spine chill users. On its own, not very good perk, it's only one use per gen and the skill checks aren't too difficult on their own. (I think it should be buffed that if a gen gets below 50%, it could activate again)

Call of Brine: Can be devastating on uncoordinated solo queue teams, but isn't that effective because survivors can tap gens. You can combo it with Dragon's Grip, but after a survivor falls for this once, they probably won't again, or they'll tap the gens while injured to deny you any value. Dragon's grip also has a long cool down and short activation period, so it isn't a winner combo necessarily. Pop and call of brine can be devastating to a gen if you pop the gen near the hooked survivor and all other survivors are far from the hook. It'll cause the gen to regress a lot, but can easily be countered from survivors being close. Survivors can also spread out on gens and pressuring multiple which is hard for any killer who isn't mobility.

Scourge Hook: Floods of Rage: This perk is really good on Nurse, Blight, and Plague, also Huntress on certain maps and maybe Artist. This perk can also get some good synergy with MYC and wraith. I've seen someone get consistent instant downs because of using MYC and Floods of Rage aura reading. I think this one is probably her best perk in regards to getting consistent value, but still can be situational at times on it's own.

Call Of Brine is very good, it regresses gens at the same speed as ruin. Good survivors will gen tap though meaning u'll have to kick it again.

Floods of rage is decent but maybe better to just use Barbecue.

Merciless Storm isnt worth it as it only works once per gen and blocks it for a short time.
