How Micro-stutters, Rubberbanding, and FPS Drops affect 5 minutes of gameplay

Just to preface, this isn't meant as a report of the issue, since it's been reported multiple times. This is more so just to show and discuss the issue.

So I'm sure we all know about the lag issues that have been happening. It's either been happening as micro-stutters, sudden frame drops, or rubberbanding. Just had a game where it had all 3. I wasn't able to record the whole match, but I got the last 5 minutes. So this is how much lag can happen in just 5 minutes of a match.

Keep in mind, that my frames are typically supposed to be 100-120. I cut out each time it dropped below that suddenly. Each time it dropped, I micro-stuttered/felt the drag of the lag. Sometimes, since the video isn't the same frames, it isn't really seen all the time from the video. But it was definitely felt when I was playing. I would say it happened every 5 seconds ish in some sort of way. I also increased the size of my FPS in a corner to show when it's affected.

The lag made scratch marks delay from where the actual player was, causing me to lose multiple chases. I'm sure the survivors also probably got confused if they saw me stutter, or got weird hits. What do you guys think? I know not everyone has felt this issue so extreme, or get it every once in a while. So this is just to highlight how bad it could get (and probably could be worse).
