It seems the patch corrupted our system altogether. Restart didn’t work. Clearing the cache didn’t work. All that is left is to delete the game, and download it again. Since that won’t remove my saved data.
I’ll let you guys know if that works! I’m hoping!!! 😭

I still remember when the RPD released... and we didn't have access to the map for most of the scheduled event. I'm not trying to be disrespectful but how is it that there are so many problems whenever an update comes out? Isn't it supposed to be tested beforehand so that problems like this can be avoided?

On killer or survivor? I tried crossplay off on killer few times and same error

Same. Yeah, it was perfect timing with my lunch break and I'm used to testing things at my job anyways so I said screw it. I'll eat my lunch as I work and test this out. It's just something I love to do anyways. But yeah, Glad you were able to get this reported as soon as you did as well. Seems your discussion is the main one they're looking at. *Fingers crossed*

I just actually loaded into a Lobby on PS5, although my ping was unusually high at 160 so I backed out. I think they're making progress.

My internet speed is quite fast. You can have a bunch of devices using my internet and it never dips. Despite that it’s not the fastest available speed. Mines is like the 3rd fastest? I think..? I remember the service claiming there are two more speeds above what I already have. 🤣

I have never played another game where the devs struggle putting out major update patches like BHVR... Remember last year's anniversary patch? The console players were left with a game that was pretty much unplayable for months due to frame drops, lag, and rubber banning. Seems these things always happen when anniversary is looming

Apparently there is a new update out on ps4 that should fix the issue! havent tried it yet but its there!

After second update I was finally able to log in. Loading after hitting x to continue felt like it took awhile before finally getting to the menus.

Hopefully it’s fixed for PS5 players soon, we can’t even join friends who play on the PS4 version of the game now because they have crossplay enabled :)

I'm a PC player and currently trying to cross play with a PS5 friend, I'm happy PS5 players are able to get on at least now but the cross play is still not working.

Right now PS5 players can only play with and against other PS5 players, they can’t even join friends who play on PS4, lol. So queue times take forever with no update yet from BHVR
