Are Haddie Kaur's uncommon cosmetics supposed to have the same head?

When looking at other survivors who have uncommon outfits with heads, there always seems to be a slight variation to their face or hair, sometimes more than others. For example, Mikaela, Yun-Jin, and Zarina have hair color changes that are very noticeable, while other survivors such as Jane, Yui, and Jonah have more subtle variations with Jane's makeup and Yui's and Jonah's goggles and sunglasses change color but their hair stays the same. In the case of Haddie, I have noticed no difference between the three heads. Is that intended or a possible bug. In a case like Felix, his uncommon outfits also come with just a top and bottom and no head variation. I wonder if that was the intended case for Haddie's uncommon outfits as well.

    This is a confirmed bug. No the heads are not supposed to be identical.
