(PC) Instawiggle bug is back?

I was playing a match with friends and I got downed so one of them could wiggle, but after they wiggled, the killer immediately picked me up and I instantly wiggled. DS wasn't even active.
This is a video of the bug. Audio is muted because you could hear my friends in the Discord call.
