Yes. Just one example below. For clarity's sake video was pre-rework of Ghost Face's addons.

Smolface is still possible with the crouching add on plus PWYF. Not as good as the old version but can still get to 115% speed with 3 tokens. Could also add in the Drop Knife for an extra 10% after stalking to zoom crouch your way to down someone.
