Flashlight glitch

Flashlight macros should not exist, since it's a macro aka glitch aka unintended feature of the flashlight and they aren't supposed to work like that. It's relatively an easy fix talking about coding.
It's annoying and can cause even headache to sensitive people and dbd should not promote this.
