PC - Custom game Garden of Joy not loading

Description - Tried playing on Garden of Joy in Custom games since some friends hadnt been to it yet, but when we tried, it kept timing out, and booting us back to the custom lobby, we were able to go to a random map after, just not Garden of Joy
Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Make a Custom game
Step 3 : Set map to Garden of Joy
Step 4 : Game times out and kicks everyone back to the lobby
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Character played: i was killer: Dredge
- Map Garden of Joy
- Frequency of the issue: Map was set to Garden of joy, Map was set to random and offering for Garden of Joy played, both had the same result
