PC - New and Updated Menu UI Is Affected Inconsistently by Low Graphics Settings

Description: UI elements affected by the new menu layout seem to be set to change resolution on Low settings. This may be intended behaviour, but typically isn't, as UI clarity is more important than the minor performance boost. Either way, this behaviour is inconsistent between these changed menus and the rest of the game.
STR:
- Boot the game.
- Set graphics to "Normal" or above.
- Return to the main menu, or the killer/survivor management menus, and note the clarity of UI elements.
- Set graphics to "Low".
- Return to the main menu, and note that the menu items mentioned above have decreased in quality/clarity, while some other elements remain unaffected.
