Just gonna note that ranks/grades aren't visible in endgame screens.

MMR doesn't work. It has never worked. All it's done is make the new player experience significantly worse and the high end boring.
The old rank system, for all its faults, at least matched new players with other new players.

one of the major complaint points was that brown ranks would get matched against red ranks all the time…
