Dredge can bypass Locker DS
If a survivor goes into a locker with Decisive Strike active and Dredge uses it's power to teleport into that locker, it can entirely bypass the DS. I believe it is because the health state doesn't actually register and change until after the animation has finished, so Dredge has time to be able to drop the survivor, which eats the DS but doesn't actually cause a stun and makes them the Obsession still.

After seeing the video on your link, I can confirm that there's a 1 or 2 seconds delay from when you enter the locker with a survivor in it that still has Deicisive Strike active.

It looks like the game isn't registering a change in health state either until after the entire animation has finished
