I know there are others who get it every month for free, for me it was a battle mainly because of soloq.

I rarely get up to Iri 1 (killer is Iri 3 and Survivor is Gold 1 right now I believe).
I should probably stop throwing my life away doing low chance saves/running Blast Mine because it's funny and letting survivors go at the end instead of slaughtering everyone but where's the fun in that?

It's survivor, I already had the OG Rank 1 on killer before they turned it to Grades.
Calculated, my SWF friends got a new guy, and it kept giving us killers so easy you could 360 them all day.
- that is only for the last 2 tiers though
- from ash to Iri 2 it was soloq or SWF against usually good killers

I mean.. slaughtering increases your MMR so there's a chance the games aren't a walk in a park.
Also blast mine is op, what if the killer runs pop or likes to kick gens, that's a big waste of time for them...

The trick is to -
- slam at least 2 gens,
- heal bunch of people 2 minimum but than everything else has to be correct
- the game is even and the killer gets hooks
- people get safely unhooked
- you get one safe unhook (if others unhook before you it's fine lot of safe unhooks probably gets you irsedsecent too)
- chase with the killer and escape some chases (all is optional)
- it's better to survive because: if you die survivor emblem goes to Silver and benevolent can drop a rating because you are "hooked survivor"

that's a good tip, also despite it being toxic, waiting at exit gate can grant you free escaped chase, distraction and or protection
and if someone injured comes, free benevolent points

Congrats! Really envy you (in a good way). I stuck at Iri 3 and cant move past it. Any tips for those who still suffering? :)

BTW, what did you do agains campers, tunnelers and dc'ers?

I left the tips couple of comments up, easy to find the comment has lot of dots.
Also yeah, going from Gold to Iri is like night and day- slacking, being camped, or even too good games can make you depip.
Try the comment and the 2 other below the first one with advice.

Seeing people hit Iri 1 as I sit in silver reminds me how little I actually play this game compared to when I was hitting Iri 1 like 3 days after Grade Reset each season lmao

Yep, and I cannot get it for 4 months in total. I hate playing survivor, it's so painful and... depressing. Yeah, depressing is the right word. It literally painful to play, I do it again only for the last achievement. In the morning I was Iri 3 with 4 pips, now I'm iri 3 with no pips. Camper, DCer, camper, DCer, nonstop. I don't understand ones that say survivor is more enjoyable. It's hard and ungratefule job, not a game for fun....

Those that say it's easy they really are either really good at the game, have good soloq teammates and really push out everything and get either a safe pip or a pip,
or they play in SWF which saves you lot of games where your team does nothing because you are SWF and everyone is doing at least little bit or is about to..

Awesome job, solo q is very annoying to do this but man it feels good to get a ton of bp. Especially now with the event starting on the 16th so you can splurge on anniversary flans.

Enjoy the bloodpoints! I got Iri 1 on killer and I tried to get it on solo survivor but I didn’t because… actually I should have just stopped at “solo survivor”.

Interesting how on this forum it is a little close to real experience I feel by myself. On Steam when I say something like that, I get: "Wha? Dude, you're daft? You can't loop killer for 5 gens around one tree? You have no arms, right? I escape 100500 times in a row while eating, watching TV and speaking on the phone at the same time. You don't? You stopped at development in 3 years old? Killer easier? Each time I play killer, all 5 gens done in 3 seconds and every time I swing survivor use DH towards one of 345 god pallets on the map. You don't have that? You're just on low MMR, nub, my MMR doesn't fit 64 bit integer"

Sol survivor is possible,
POV: ur talking to a killer main that plays Survivor once every Blood Moon so the MMR on survivor is obviously a little different
