Bugged "Cripple them all" achievement

in Bug Reporting

Hello, I was trying to get this achievement, I caught 4 different survivors in a trap and it only gave me +1, sometimes it doesn't give me even that 1, sometimes it adds nothing and I still have 42/100. I was trying this a half year ago and it was bugged, I was thinking maybe it will be fixed, but after this time it still doesn't work for me. Anyone have this issue?

    You must pull them out of the trap to get progress on the achievement, it's not about them just going into the trap and you cannot hit them whilst they're in it either.
