If i have right 1 000 000 bp capp dont include rank rewards and daily rituals but today i get 2 000 000 bp and 300 000 from questionnaire and when i play first game i dont get any bp and finish when a daily not bp too

I think you've misunderstood how the BP cap works.
The BP from promo codes, rank rewards, and other things just add them to your account aren't lost if you have 1mil bp already.
But if I remember correctly if you have over 1mil bp or higher you can't earn anymore bp from actually playing matches till you spend the bp you already have saved up. So you need to spend down what you have to under 1mil bp to start gaining bp at the end of matches.
