PC - Unable to pick up survivor near main exit gate on RPD

Happened to me in a Trickster game. Survivor ran directly to the right side of the exit gate in front of the main hall and stayed there until I downed her. Could not pick her up. Steps to reproduce:
Step 1: Boot the game
Step 2: Load into a killer match on RPD
Step 3: Survivor runs directly to the main hall exit gate on the right side, between the rock and the body bags as pictured
Step 4: Down the survivor
Step 5: Unable to pick up survivor
