Is it possible to write a ticket to report a crossplatform player?

I've seen a hacker, but I'm unable to do anything because I'm on Xbox and they're on PC. For me, to write a ticket, it's necessary to have their ID64, but I'm unable to discover this. Can someone help?

    Yea you can still report them.

    keep in mind in-game reports are necessary for them to look into your ticket.

    in the ticket, where the id64 is asked, put in the gamertag/name of the player you are reporting. In the issue description, you should mention that it was a crossplay gamer.
