Bug with Dredge Gloaming

PS5, playing as Dredge on The Game map.
Was using Gloaming to cut off a pallet, placed remnant on one side, went around loop and trapped Adam under the pallet.
Adam dropped the pallet, and the same time I hit R2 to return to remnant. I saw the start of the pallet stun animation, but still managed to hit and down Adam when I returned to the remnant behind him.
From this point on, I was unable to move my camera at all. I could move with the left stick, but the right was unresponsive.
Tried teleporting to lockers I could see, could move the camera while teleporting, but upon exiting the locker the camera was frozen again.
Eventually the third attempt at using and cancelling Gloaming seemed to resolve the issue.
