Prestige and Progression Overhaul Release Date?

I'm really looking forward to the prestige and progression overhaul. IMHO, the grind is way out of control. I know Behavior hasn't released anything official yet, but based upon their current roadmap, I suspect they'll release the overhaul this coming July in the mid-chapter patch which I believe is marked 24.5. Does my reasoning make sense? Or better yet, does anybody have a more definitive answer than my suspicion?

The prestige overhaul is coming this mid chapter as far as I know. Too bad it won’t really help new players as much as it helps experienced ones
