Connection issues = Hacks

I played the role of the killer, I thought I was playing well without camping, tunneling, ect... until at the end of the game they start telling me that I was hacking the speed.

It clearly looks like the game freezes for microseconds, is that my fault? The particular player has 4k hours of gameplay so I'm guessing he's had this before, so how am I hacking?

    i had a similar thing where someone was lagging while wiggling so their wiggle skill checks didn’t go through, and they accused me of hacking because they couldn’t wiggle off.
