Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Nurse Clarification

I cannot lose a game as nurse, and I cannot win vs her if I'm solo-queuing.

I must be missing something here, this seems like horrendously poor game design. Can someone shine some light on this?

Nurse is pretty much the strongest killer and if you mastered her you will have mostly easy games. But a really good team can still win against her if they play smart and rng is in their favor.

matchmaking is supposed to match high skilled player with/against each other. But that doesn’t really work and matchmaking favors shorter Lobby queues over fair matchmaking, so….

but if you really never ever lose even as nurse i would suggest to stream your gaming, as these win streaks are pretty popular I think!

So it is just terrible game design then, rather than me missing something obvious?

There are enough streamers playing nurse 24/7, I can only stomach a game or two in a row before I need to re-think my life choices.

Well. Sure there are plenty, but I haven’t really seen anyone that always wins yet? (I know someone who is very cocky and calls himself a nurse Main and he knows everything and plays perfectly and he still loses plenty of his matches..)

but yeah. Nurse is kinda badly designed as she ignores any game elements survs have for defence (except for dead hard maybe)
