Perk list shown for the perk rework

FYI the DbD twitter feed just posted a snapshot of the perks included in the upcoming perk rework with “more details next week”
For the icon challenged like me, here's the list (Not sure why they're in the order they are above, it's almost but not quite alphabetical?)

Just looking at this list and speculating
- There's a bunch of gen slowdown perks on the killer side. My guess would be they're going to slow gen speeds down across the board, so killers don't feel as obligated to run these perks, and then nerf these specific perks so if killers do run them it doesn't become overbearing. That would buff other killer loadouts without changing net average gen speeds too much.
- On the survivor side there's some healing perks. Interestingly Boon: Circle of Healing is not on the list (in fact there are no Boons at all), so they may be satisfied with CoH's healing speed at this point and are looking at how other healing perks maybe interact with it. Hard to say what they're planning in relation to healing here but it's obviously on their radar.
- This list obviously isn't all nerfs. Monstrous Shrine for instance is almost certainly getting a buff.
- I notice both BBQ and Chili and We're Gonna Live Forever are on the list, which makes me think that following the Prestige system revamp which is reducing the grind they're changing perks that grant Bloodpoints as rewards to do something else, and possibly even boosting the base level bloodpoint gains per match so people don't feel obliged to run these perks just for the perceived "grind". It'll be interesting to see if these become effects which actually purely impact the match itself in place of those bloodpoint boosts.
It'll definitely be interesting to hear the details on the changes, and it's fun seeing that they're making the announcement as soon as next week so the perk update is sounding to me on track for next mid-chapter.

They've just released Haddie and already rework her perk? that's weird choice for release then

Some of these make me a little nervous- I personally love Lethal Pursuer so I hope it's not changed too dramatically, and Deja Vu is an extremely good perk for newer players so I hope that one isn't dramatically overhauled either.
Overall, though, this is a good list. I'm eager to see what they're doing with these perks!

All that need to do is make it give a purple medket. Possibly a secondary effect too

The purple medkit would be fine, but what it really needs is to work like the new flashlight perk. That way your teammates can't screw you out of your med-kit.

I think they’re planning to maybe slow gens down across the board and tone down all the gen slow down perks so they’re not overpowered with the new base speed. If so that would be why Haddie’s slow down perk is on the list.
