I know it's not very "thematic" to make the killer try to communicate somehow, but considering they are all humanoid, they should have the same ability to point and call.
If i wanna be friendly and help survivors in their tasks (or helping them find something or whatever), it should be easier than nodding until they realize I don't want to hurt them...
