Has anyone noticed serious latency issues this update? I feel like everything is completely broken. I'll press Dead Hard 4 times and it just won't come out, I'm getting hit through every pallet and window, and killers are just catching up way faster.
Does anyone else notice this?

From my killer exp, it is working. It is still broken and annoying. I can not wait for those 40 perk (39) changes.

The stutters are affecting a lot of mechanics. If you notice it on DH, it may be because you use it a lot?
