Repressed Alliance is broken
As the title suggests, Repressed Alliance doesn't work as intended.
The combo Repressed Alliance + Blast Mine doesn't work as intended because instead of activating Blast Mine first, both perks will activate at the same time.
Repressed Alliance also should block a generator once activated, similar to Dead Man's Switch.
Surge, Hex: Ruin, Eruption and Oppression will trigger the regress on the gens blocked with Repressed Alliance even though it should not be possible. (The videos show the perks in the exact order i mentioned them)
