Jolt should activate when grabbing survivors.

Jolt does not activate when grabbing survivors or pulling them out of lockers. It should.
It is a relatively mediocre perk on most killers and this is a minor QOL improvement.

I would vote for changing Jolt to simply trigger on any Survivor being downed by any means anywhere, the perk specifically only applies 8% regression for gens within 32 meters of the downed Survivor and then goes on the cooldown, so this would make the perk less situational and more viable for all Killers.
