PC / Killer - Can't pick up Survivor on Léry's

There's a spot on Léry's Memorial Institute where I wasn't able to reach and pick up a downed survivor (Yun-Jin). I downed her in that spot, too but you don't need to be as close for that as for picking up.
It's in the corner of one of the patient's rooms behind a bed, a little dresser or something with a TV on it and a laundry basket.
I don't know how frequent this is and if it only happens for Hillbilly but it shouldn't be happening at all, 'cause if you can't pick up survivors as a killer, what are you supposed to do?

So we tried it with some other killers and can confirm that it's not just a Hillbilly thing. No one we tried could pick up a Survivor who's downed in that corner. Hag is able to get a bit closer than the others but not close enough and the survivor needs to crawl a lot towards the killer if he wants to "help".
