I'm of the opinion that Perks that require you to kick gens shouldn't have cooldowns over 30s.

Or better yet, no cooldown at all. (barring dragon's grip since it inflicts exposed.)
There's no reason that Oppression should have such a long cooldown while Call of Brine doesn't have one at all.

Agreed.
Oppression could probably see the light of day if its cooldown didn't take 500 years to re-activate.

Call of Brine feels so good to not worry about doing some weird ritual or having to wait for your grandkids to graduate college
