A small error (?) in the new lightweight description.
Hopefully this is merely an error in the description and not how the perk will actually work, because then tier 1 would be stronger than 3.
That being said I think 5 seconds it's a bit overtuned. 5 seconds less and sparser marks makes them nearly useless for tracking. This will be almost as powerful as shadowstep except, no prerequisite whatsoever.

I'm worried about this perk tbh. I think it's gonna make reading scratch marks way too hard and they will fade away way too quick.
Reading scratch marks is already hard on some maps (Ormond is the worst imo).

Scratch marks being sporadic is also already a basegame mechanic for any survivor that plays against me somehow

I like it! BHVR is clearly throwing bones out to encourage survivors to play more evasively than rely solely on perfect looping skills. Encouraging alternate avenues of escape will help make playing survivor feel less like a solitary funnel into looking up youtube videos on how to optimally run tiles, and it will also make things like the buff to bloodlust make it important for survivors to find ways to drop chase since looping indefinitely a doomed venture.

It's obviously an error in how it was written. There's no way they'd make the Tier 1 so much stronger than the Tier 3.
