P3 All Perks, what will my prestige be after the update?

I see a lot of talk about P0-50 but what about P1-P3. Will we gain prestige levels even if we are alread P1, P2, P3?
If you're already P3, will you be P6 if enough perks were unlocked? If not then the next 3 prestige levels gain us nothing.
