I would say yes but only if it did not effect borrowed time. So currently it is a no.

No, honestly it makes longer chases which means more gens can be done more faster. At first I thought it was kinda new but it doesn’t really make much of a difference aside from taking longer to heal.
Mending isn’t even in affect by nurses calling either so L again for killers.
